    • Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.

    Requirements:

    To ensure the safe transport of guest vehicles while maintaining optimal levels of customer service.

    Duties:
    • Maintain a professional appearance and polite demeanor at all times.

    • Assist customers with problem resolution.

    • Maintain a clean and neat work environment.

    • Greets each customer as they arrive with enthusiasm and a smile.

    • Open all doors for guests.

    • Comply with all posted speed limit regulations and vehicle operation safety rules.

    • Maintain a consistent level of customer satisfaction through individual service initiatives.

    • Provide excellent customer service and a friendly and professional manner at all times.

    • Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area.

    • Maintain a teamwork mentality to ensure efficient operation.
