John D. Mayewski
President and Chief Executive Officer
Responsible to the Table Mountain Casino Board of Directors for the strategic direction and operating results of Table Mountain Casino, a business enterprise of Table Mountain Rancheria. Over 34 years of senior management experience in the Gaming and Hospitality Industries.
Frances Dandy
Senior Vice President
Responsible for oversight of all Casino operations. Member of the Table Mountain Rancheria Band of Indians and is the Tribal representative working with the President and CEO toward contributing Casino knowledge to the Property and the Native American Gaming Industry.
Ray Samii
Property General Manager
Responsible for overall efficiency and effectiveness of Property Operations at the Casino property; incorporating attaining annual and long-range business goals. Over 20 years of Hospitality and Gaming Industry experience.
Aaron Hartwig
Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for administration, coordination and accountability for all finance and accounting activities of the Casino, as well as management control and Financial Regulatory Compliance. Over 13 years of casino experience, the last 7 in Senior Management within the Gaming Industry.
Dan Casas
Legal Counsel
Responsible for providing guidance and legal advice to Table Mountain Casino, the Tribal Gaming Commission and Table Mountain Rancheria Government Office. 24 years as a practicing attorney, incorporating over 9 years experience in Native American and Casino Gaming and Federal Indian Law. Adjunct law professor of Tribal Sovereignty and Federal Indian Law.
Talia A. Preis
Director of Administration: Assistant to the President / CEO
Responsible for the overall Administration of Operating Departments in the Casino. Over 10 years of experience in management, with 6 years in the Casino Industry.
Tom Malloy
Executive Director of Marketing
Responsible for Casino Marketing, Advertising, the Player’s Club, Entertainment, Promotions and Events. Over 25 years of Casino and Hospitality experience, the last 17 years in marketing of the Casino Industry.
Kerry O’Donoghue
Executive Director of Gaming Operations
Responsible for Casino Operations incorporating Slots, Table Games, Bingo, Poker, and Guest Service on the Casino Floor. Over 24 years of experience in the Gaming Industry, the last 21 years in Casino management.
Gerald D. Gadsen
Executive Director of Culinary Operations
Responsible for culinary operations of the property, incorporating restaurants, beverage, and catering service. Over 32 years of experience in Hospitality, Gaming, and Culinary Operations.
Ardy Nikooe
Director of Operation Systems Development
Responsible for optimizing Casino Operating systems, development of Casino Service Standards, and enhancement of the Table Mountain Brand. Over 19 years of management experience, with 14 years in the Gaming Industry.
Mark Solomon
Director of Human Resources
Responsible for Casino Organizational Development including recruiting, staffing, and compensation of Team Members. Over 25 years of Human Resources management experience in the Gaming Industry.
Daniel Ray
Director of Facility Operations & Construction
Responsible for the Casino Facility operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the entire property and landscape, and coordinates all Casino construction improvements. Over 26 years of construction management experience, the last 4 years in the Casino Industry.
