Executive Sous Chef

Job Description:

To prepare food to be cooked according to departmental specifications and to create recipes and provide a quality product by training and supervising kitchen staff.

Salary:

$55k-$65k per year
Depending on Experience

Requirements:

  • Five-day work week.
  • Three plus years experience in a kitchen supervisory/management capacity and strong culinary arts background.
  • Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication (verbal & written), analytical, decision-making, inventory control, computer literate and problem-solving skills are required.
  • ServSafe certification & HACCP knowledge is required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • A college degree in business or related field is required, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management of the Casino as based on determined experience and accomplishments.
  • Must be applicable to the Table Mountain Casino Gaming License requirements located on the application.
  • Completed application.
