Property Controller
Job Description:
Direct the financial affairs of the Casino and prepare financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance management. Responsible for the Casino’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required.
- Skill in math, accuracy and precision, interest in business, organized, willingness to follow recommended procedures, honesty, good written and communication skills, good people skills, and team player.
- Previous gaming, budgeting and management skills required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A college degree in business or related field is required, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management of the Casino as based on determined experience and accomplishments (CPA a plus).
- Must be applicable to the Table Mountain Casino Gaming License requirements located on the application.
